Our Founder Mr. Potts II has a true passion for developing our youth. At an early age, He had the privilege of Witnessing his father mentor the youth at church, as well as be a leader in the Hilltop community. Some of his most inspiring memories occurred when the parents of his peers would bring their children to his father and trusted him to direct them on the right path. Eric took those experiences and carried them in his own life’s Journey all the way to fatherhood. Eric learned at an early age that he too was gifted at connecting with youth in his community. Eric used his passion and gift to launch a comprehensive curriculum that centered around youth engagement and focused on social emotional learning as a key component in activating long lasting effects on the youth that he has encountered. Born and raised in the Greater Hilltop of Columbus, Ohio he has taken honor in experiencing the ups and downs of being a Father to his own children and most recently a grandfather to his handsome grandson. Eric enjoys operating FullTimeFather Programming on a weekly basis, gardening, and fixing up houses.
