FullTimeFather utilizes our community partners to achieve success for our students and their families lives. We use a certified community health worker to preform quarterly assessments with our students and their families to assure they have adequate access to resources to eliminate social determinants of Health. We partner with local health and wellness agencies, as well as local churches and food pantries. We involve our students in STEM and leadership opportunities to enhance their experience in our program
